Super 8 by Wyndham Ottumwa

Wonderful place. Rooms were clean. No funky smells. Reception desk very polite and easy to talk to. Work out an issue that I had with no problem. The easiest 5-star I have ever given. Highly recommended.

I wish I could have stayed an extra night. Best pillow ever. Big desk. Extra reading chair. Host gave me a room with a view of woods. Even had an additional issue (on my end, not hotel's end) which host solved before I'd finished articulating it to him. Yes, it's a bit run-down as their budget struggles to survive fewer guests due to covid, but it was also inexpensive. Definitely the best place to stop between my home and my mom's. :)

The ENTIRE property needs CLEANED UP!! Found someone's eye glasses in our room.... can tell they vacuum the path in the room - under the bed skirt was disgusting.

Very clean place. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much! Pool and hot tub area is very nice as well! Nice breakfast area. The staff at desk were very helpful and nice! Housekeepers did an excellent job making sure we had what we needed and turning our room. Will stay here again!
