Expensive but worth it. Very clean and tasteful. Respectful and helpful staff who are easy to get along with and knowledgeable of the area. The café at the hotel is still good, but used to be MUCH better. The hotel also has a popular bar in it at one end (which is also at the end where the wheelchair ramp is). Nice for adults who would want to partake, not so great for families with kiddos who are maybe coming in late ( for instance after traveling to Ottumwa and arriving to the hotel late to check in) having to see drunk people.
