Love that this hotel had everything we wanted and more. Pool, hot tub, meeting room with access to the pool. Rooms have Microwave and Mini-Fridge, Desk and office chair to work. Common areas have sitting and dinning areas and a Coffee Station!!! It's a great hotel to go on large groups or individually. The staff is friendly and Covid measures are being taken. Great stay overall!

It was great unfortunately we had to leave early for an emergency at home. But everyone was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. We used pool and hot tub it was great to. Thanks we will stay again

Nice hotel we stayed here a few nights while on vacation from Alaska staff was very professional and went above and beyond. Not much to do in town except visit family and friends but we did take full advantage of the pool here :-) overall was a very nice hotel we highly recommend this place and when we go on vacation again we definitely will stay here again :-)

One of the best hotels in Ottumwa. Clean rooms & comfortable beds. Pool & hottub both great.

One of the best Americinns I've stayed at by far. The bag breakfast wasn't desirable but due to Covid it's understandable. Single serve cereal cups could have been offered w milk cartons or individually wrapped breakfast pancakes or pancake sausage corn dogs, but overall we left very satisfied.
