Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottumwa

Great rooms, clean, quiet, and best cable TV quality and service I've ever seen at a hotel. TVs are set up for you to cast your own media too. Highly, Highly recommend staying here.

Location is great. Check in went great, staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, variety of snacks available for purchase. Room was very clean and neat. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay overall! But we stayed there twice in the last week for work and the first room we received didn’t have all the towels in the room and the sheet was still dirty with hairs on it like they never changed it out from the last person. They apologized and gave us new sheet and towels which was nice! The second room later in the week was very nice other than there tv’s cast would not work and just went totally black which wasn’t nice since we watch most of our shows via computer.

The first time I tried to stay here (last year) they gave my room away due to overbooking. This time they didn’t overbook but the room (particularly the bathroom) was very dirty. Definitely not acceptable, especially with COVID going around.

Me and fiancée just got here to our first room the bed were not tucked in correctly for the top sheet and mattress cover wasn't even on, there was crumbs all over the floor, I sat at the desk there was a roach under the desk. They moved us to a second room we walked in the bed was sloppy made looks trashy and still crumbs all over the floor there is dirty hand prints all over our windows! The hallways are filled with trash on them. I won't stay here again and they call that clean don't thing so.
