It is what it is, a cheap place that's just there. No great care is taken by the ownership to keep it in working manner but, it works. It would be nice if they would at least clean the room before they let it out to customers.
I'm a monthly paying customer and they don't even offer a vacuum to clean the floor. The management is a cranky old man that doesn't really have any business running a motel.nLet's not forget the bed in the room is broken.
Great place to stay and it's near Tennessee I would recommend it to anyone
There is little drama there. They have several monthly's that live there, Some more than 7 months. What I like about it is it's a temp. place to stay, till one gets back on their feet. electric, water, trash, wi-fi is all included with the rent. It's mostly quiet there. The owner is a nice man he is easy to talk to. kind hearted. But strict when it comes to rent money when it's due. must be paid in full on due date and be for 11am the day it's due. I gave it a 4 star rating because its no Super 8. But a fine 23 room Motel that is priced right. And I'm happy with staying there. 90 % of the folks who stay are friendly people. Stores are with in walking distance. I wanted to add, the rooms are very clean! The Motel is about 250 feet from the hwy. can be a little noisy because of big trucks other than that it's quiet. They have a grill there also seems like folks do up some fine cooking outdoors on it. It's BIG enough to feed a large group of folks. That live there, not just monthly's but everyone who stays nightly & weekly.
This place is only meant for a few weeks or less I would not make it a home plus I was told businesses is shutting down in cave city ky
