Quaint little town with friendly people. Other than a few relatives there no one knows me from Adam. But that doesn't stop people from saying hello and being courteous.
Amazing and perfect for a small family or someone who is on a honeymoon and can't afford a expensive house of a place or stay and all the people there are nice and you can explore and just have in there like me and my family we went to the KOA campground and then came here and it was really fun
I have been visiting Cave City since 1970. I have family there. The people are friendly. Mammoth Cave is close. We, my kids and grandkids and I have hiked the park and gone on most of the cave tours. When we visit, we camp. The KOA at Horse Cave is where we usually stay. Cave City has a Sav-A-Lot and an IGA. There is a Dollar General. There is a variety of tourist attractions and shops that are fun to browse and purchase. I like to call it my home away from home.
