The room was HUGE! Nice walk in shower. Not sure if all of the rooms were like that or not, but it was great! Very updated. Very quiet area. Right off the highway. Not too far from Mammoth Cave and other caves in the area. Would love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel stay. It was a last minute decision and we had a hard time finding something in the area with a king/jacuzzi suite. I hesitated booking this because it's a 2-star hotel. I'm not sure why; it was great! The room was very clean, even looked recently updated, the bed was very comfortable, and the tub was awesome! Breakfast was somewhat limited in choices, but sufficient. All in all, a fantastic stay and would recommend to others.

I’m very disappointed, we stayed here last year on our annual trip to Florida and we were quite impressed. Value for money was good didn’t have the issues we had this time around, and people at the front desk or actually helpful. I knew I was in for it when I saw the huge now hiring flags at the front entrance. We made a reservation before we got here as you’re traveling further south. I paid with my debit card before we got here and I already saw that the transaction has cleared my account.nWe arrived I was asked to insert my card I explained that the charge was already made on my card she said it was just to verify my identity so I did it as well. To my surprise I was charged a second time in less than three hours which came out of my valuable balance. When I asked him about it the next morning they said there was nothing they could do and that it was customary when you made an online or phone reservation she said not to worry that one charge would eventually fall off in about 3 to 5 business days but if your family traveling and you depend on the money in your account then this hotel is not for younTo my surprise I was charged a second time in less than three hours which came out of my valuable balance. Upon checking in we went to her room immediately put her bags down and then realized we had no bathroom meaning the whole entire bathroom was under construction how could you not know that room number 209 is not available.nThe icing on the cake you go to get in the shower and GuessWhat the shower squeal so loud it pierces your ear so you cannot shower so you just have to take your dirty self back into your car and make the rest of your eight hour trip.nEither way you can’t even sit down and watch TV with your family because the TV is like a laptop it is so tiny so spend the extra money try Holiday Inn Express I’m sure you’ll get a better experience - Did I mention there’s no breakfast?

I have recommended this place since 1999 to friends and family. You could always get your own crab legs. They got cheap and now put them on your plate. You can get all you want,but it's not the same. We will never go back.

Great hotel to stay!!! 10-15 minutes to Mammoth cave. Our room was clean and properly maintained. We, specially our kids will notice right away if there is something wrong and I haven't heard anything bad from our kids during our 3 days stay in this hotel.nnThe staff are very helpful. Keep it up!nnThe breakfast was okay and understandable why we cannot get our own food because of covid. Maybe next time just leave the egg shells on them and let us remove them ourselvesud83dude01nnSome of the things to improve:nn1. Social distancing in the pool area must be enforced. I know there are signs on the door and the front desk staff during check in also mentioned it (maximum 5 people) but I am not sure why other people will still go inside the pool area even AFTER reading the sign!nDon't they understand the sign????nn2. Wearing mask is mandatory in KY but a lot of guest are not wearing mask. Who should implement this in this hotel? Did the management authorize their staff to implement this to remind their guest?nn3. Wearing of mask properly. Must cover both nose and mouth.
