I'm so pleased to have a small, locally owned pharmacy in our town. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff. They're always helpful, always knowledgeable and open to consultations. They have even given me an extra heads up phone call from time to time, when an RX turned out to be uncovered or very expensive. The owner isn't friendly, but some people can seem that way if they're shy or busy... Myself included.

I love the thought of having a small town pharmacy however I have never seen the small town friendliness. Staff is rude, not helpful in solving insurance difficulties, and certainly not friendly. They don’t smile or make eye contact when you walk in. I felt invisible. They don’t offer to help figure insurance issues out even if it is a simple phone call to follow up on a Rx request. I have gone In For over the counter meds and they don’t come out from the counter to help even though there were 4 girls working. I have seen them slam the phone down after talking to someone. I felt like I was walking into a strangers house not a small town business. I work in a medical office where costumer service is our number one priority. Treating everyone like they are a guest in our home. I hope this review will make you re-look at the way you treat your customers and become a pharmacy the community is proud of
