We tried to use this coupon after the stom last year they sent 2 yong people that didn't know what they were doing. We tried to have them do are roof but they lost the papers. Then they came back later and said they didn't want are busses basilc after looking at are claim. So they lost out on doing are hole roof they never even looked at it to see if it was damaged. I woul give them 0 stars if I could. Plz don't wast your time with this company save your self the trouble.

I am located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and I have been working with I-Caims on 2 properties and about to start a 3rd. Christian has been great to work with very up front and clear about everything. They have taken the time to work with me in what I want but most importantly they worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Christian was up on the roof doing a video chat with the insurance company when we ran into issues. I've worked with other roofers and they would have just sent me an extra bill and I would have had to work it out, nope not them! They got an agreement with the insurance company right then and there that they would cover it. And can I tell you about how CLEAN they have left everything. It was amazing. They were fast and efficient. One roof off and back on in 4 hours it was amazing to watch. I have been very happy with how EASY this process has been. If you want stress feel help with roofing and siding they are the ones to use.

From the evaluation of my roof to the installation, my experience with iClaims was 100% positive! Jordan inspected my roof and siding and showed me his findings. The entire process was explained to me and Jordan even made sure I knew how to contact my insurance company. He took the time to explain the entire process to getting my claim reviewed by insurance and came to speak with the insurance adjuster and review damages with him. The company kept in touch making sure I knew what the schedule for replacement was and I was confident any questions I had would be answered promptly. The day the roof was installed, the crew arrived and had the old roof off and new one on in record time! They were efficient and professional and the end result is a beautiful new roof! I recommend iClaims for all your roofing and siding needs! This company goes above and beyond to provide top notch customer care and service!!

These folks are the truth..the entire process from start to finish was an excellent experience. i most definitely recommend if you are lookinf for a speedy install..great pricing. A very customer centric team altogether!

I work for Iclaims after working for 2 other contractors in my career. Without any biased I have to say they have been the easiest group of guys to do business with and the work is beyond quality. They offer a 10 year workmanship warranty when most others don’t. Even as a customer, i would use Iclaims
