DHI Roofing

Its been a little over 7 months now since the Derecho hit Iowa back in August 2020 and I know I am still in good hands. My brother had referred me to DHI Roofing as he was impressed with their work and how they took care of him when his house was built. Mitch Osborn being my project manager has done a phenomenal job explaining the process, staying in touch, and taking care of me every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better project manager to work with given the circumstances.

They were great at getting our roof on before winter. Since then they will not answer calls to finish repairs that they have been paid for. It has been 5 months and no response

Kenny from DHI did a fantastic job working with my insurance company to be sure all damages were covered. He returned to my home several times to take additional pictures of the roof damage to submit with his report in order to get everything approved. He made the whole process so easy for me as a homeowner. He is always extremely professional, prompt with replies, shows up on time, etc. I would recommend Kenny with DHI to any of my friends and family!

Excellent experience with DHI! Easy to work with. They took care of talking to the insurance people about any details. Very smooth process and now our roof doesn't leak any more! Thanks! My only disappointment was that they couldn't repair everything I needed done because it was outside of what they do.
