Very dirty inside and out. Trim and baseboard falling off in places inside our room. Fairly quiet and hallways were clean. Just disappointed in cleanliness of room and lobby, plus price point was high for lack of amenities and cleanliness.

Absolutely trash place. Exposed wires and covered smoke detectors. Will try everything they can to charge you extra. Charged me for smoking even though I am not a smoker (which is why I requested a none smoking room.) just because their cleaning guys smelt cologne so they assumed I was smoking in there and made up a story about the fire department coming into the room and what not even though I was there all day but they didn’t know that. I seriously would not recommend unless you want them to charge you extras. I’ve stayed here three times and every time they find something extra (and completely made up) Save your money and go somewhere else.

Front desk was nice. Beds had clean covers but stained sheets, crumbs, dirt, etc; clearly hadn’t been laundered in a while. I’m pretty accommodating but given the price, which is pretty close to most hotels with more features and better turndown service, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Like others have mentioned the pictures posted of rooms did not match what I received. My room was a little dirty and the shower didnt work. I had to pay a 50$ deposit , but that was refunded to me without any problems upon checking out. In a pinch with little time to shop around this was not a terrible stay but needs improvement.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would !nFirst of all the white lady who wears glasses is rude and a total B. Sorry. Worst customer service ever ! Second the pictures don’t match the room ! These rooms are super gross mine was dirty the towels weren’t even replaced they were filled with makeup !!! Like someone used that room and they didn’t care to clean it ! Not COVID 19 sanitary ! I traveled about 16 hrs to stay somewhere comfy ! Y’all can keep my money I am going to sleep in my car !!! That’s how disgusted I am!!!
