Quality Inn Cedar Rapids South

A good place to stay for the price. Only down side is the room has kind of a musty smell. Might be from the recent storm. And the breakfast selection is not the best. They have cereal but no milk. Jelly, peanut butter and a toaster but no bread. Could be because of covid. But beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I'm here for work, so I don't need anything extravagant. I am happy with my stay.

We stayed in there for a long period of time and spent a large amount of money weekly there. The ladies came in the rooms for weeks and there was never no issues brought to my attention. There was only a problem when we need a refund.  Convenient isn't it. The day your staff stole my belongings my $2700 dollar cuban link gold chain was missing off my desk. I still haven't heard back on that.  In wich the lady that is a self admitted theif still works there. I feel sorry for the next person that trusts you with there property! I am still owed $4000 even if your baseless claims were true. So where is my money. I want to talk to the owner asap and get this resolved, because this will not go away. I got robbed by your staff in my room and your office is robbing me of my money that rightfully belongs to me and you know it!

I rate this quality inn in cedar rapids five stars the staff is very nice and friendly and they ask how was your day and how was your stay.

The lady's at the desk were awesome super nice. The only issue I had was that the room I was given the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work so while taking a hot shower (which was amazing) the smoke alarms went off from the steam. Lol. But all in all loved it, especially for the price.
