Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cedar Rapids-I-380 @ 33rd Ave

Friendly staff but our king room was not very clean. The couch was full of stains, both end tables had sticky rings left on them and our sheets had stains.bathroom sink doesn't have very good water pressure also All doors slammed shut. A train went through about every 15 or 20min throughout the night. Very thin walls and windows. U can hear everything. We probably wouldnt stay again bc the room wasn't very clean.

Staff at front desk is friendly. Room was clean at first glance but after unpacking noticed that it was not as clean as you would expect it to be, especially in our current pandemic. Part of bathroom floor clearly not clean as well as shower/tub. We were missing pillows for our bed and missing all lininens except one pillow for the fold out queen bed in the room. Missing half of the towels for what is set up as a four person room. Staff was friendly and apologized for the couple trips to get missing items. Room had too much furniture put in it to easily be able to move around the room when using the fold out bed.

Breakfast was great, rooms are nice although the shower caulking and shower head had pink bacteria that is easy to clean but clearly hadn't been done.

We came to visit from Texas. We weren’t aware everything was shut down. We mostly came for the pool and breakfast like it says on the website. All of this was closed normally that wouldn’t be that big of a deal. As we were asking about things the lady giving us answers was very rude about us just trying to ask questions. The bedroom was dirty when we arrived it. Keep in mind this was a reservation not a walk in. All around the stay was bad and we left early and just went to stay at our friends house we were visiting. I have always had great experiences at a holiday inn but this was terrible. I could have gone to some cheap motel for the service I got here.
