Budget Prices, Luxury Service.nnQuick, excellent 1 night stay in Cedar Rapids. Exceptionally clean rooms with great amenities. Staff was extremely accommodating and took great care.nnI had forgotten multiple toiletry items, but front desk had it in stock and brought it to my room in minutes. Made the difference because I had an evening meeting I had to get to.nnWould stay here again and again.

It's was a nice stay!! The price for a suite was reasonable, Room had a king sized bed, a full couch with a pull out bed, hot tub (jacuzzi) , probably a 40in flatscreen TV and a large mirror and counter area with a sink with another small closed off room with toilet and tub/ shower. My family of 4 2 adults & 2 children it wasn't to crowded like a regular 2 queen bed room is! The staff was great! They are super friendly, nice and cheering. And over all didn't feel like my kids were the loud kids in the hotel, like I feel at every other hotel we've stayed at, so that made it more relaxing for this mama. I would recommend to anyone wanting nice space for a great price!!

4/2 I had a much better experience this stay than my previous one.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel ever.nPool was closed. No one told us and it was the only reason we got a hotel instead of staying with friends and family while we were in town.nWe stayed 3 night. Which in this time that they are a 15% capacity. They didn't clean our room. They did not change our towels. WE HAD TO VACUUM OUR OWN ROOM.nSo what is the perk of staying here compared to a super 8. Because that's the level of hospitality we got.nAs someone who using the hotel system alot everyone I know will here about this and inwill never stay at an Americinn ever ever again. Total fail on all levelsnOh and the response to all of this was oh sorry we thought you knew. Get lost.
