I gave one star because they didn’t have an option for Zero!!! These people at the Carter Hill store are the most RUDE, unprofessional “employees” I have ever encountered anywhere. I fail to see how any of them keep a job. Today will most definitely be my last visit to this Walgreens. I guess I should say shame on me... cause I gave them a second chance too. There won’t be a third.

My experience sucked. They apparently lost my first prescription on a controlled substance. The pharmacist thought I was lying at first, assuming I was out for drugs. Then realized that I got a notification from them that my prescription was delayed for the prescription prior to stopping by to pick it up. They then apologized without giving me my medications. It was out of their hands, so, I figured, no big deal. I sent in the second one without a problem. Today, I returned and I found out they're waiting for a prior authorization for the second medication. The first one in the morning called my doctor's office and told them to disregard the first prior auth, and then the second pharmacist (Brittni H.) in the afternoon was still waiting for the prior auth that the first one was supposed to send. Now, prior authorizations take a while to process, so they sadly just wasted a whole day of lack of processing, much to the chagrin of both me and my physician's staff (since we were both given the runaround). I should really sue the pants off the pharmacists involved in these shenanigans here.
