I was worried when informed couldn't use my BCBS plan at former pharmacy anymore, but I have been very happy since switched to Wal Mart. I like using the WM app to reorder. Its so convenient using Express pick up inside store or having them bring to me in the parking lot. Employees have been very helpful when I had problems with prescription, which has been rare, and always friendly.
Wait times are ridiculous and the staff is incredibly rude. The pharmacy is the only problem I have had with this particular Walmart. 1 star is too generous for them.
Wait time is always ridiculous. They only had one person ringing up customers. Waited 20 minutes in line, then still had to wait 15 more minutes because they still didn't have the prescription ready. Then they were out of the prescription. Big waste of time and not pleasant when you're sick and would like to get home and go to bed. Will be switching to a different pharmacy asap
