CVS Pharmacy

I'd rate this pharmacy a zero star of I could... To start, keep in mind, ive gotten the same meds every month for the past 5 years. Due to a change in insurance companies, i recently started using CVS in jan/2017. My normal CVS pharmacy is experiencing some changes in staff that prevents them from being able to order meds once they've run out. They'll remain out of stock until they hire a pharmacist, which is understandable, no big deal. So, they referred me to the CVS on Rosa parks. So I go thru the drive thru window, hand the lady my prescription, and was asked of I get my scripts from there regularly. I replied, yes I get my scripts from CVS monthly but not from this specific location due to the circumstances mentioned above. The CVS pharmacy rep at the window promptly told me that they have my meds in stock and in the safe but would not be able to fill my scripts due to me not being a regular customer at that location. This didn't make any sense to me so I began to question her as to why that matters. She danced around the question and stuttered, then finally went and talked to the pharmacist. (Unsure if she really did). She came back to the window, hands me my scripts and tells me that the pharmacists doesn't feel comfortable filling the prescription. So I asked for her store number which she replied 4895, I mean 4896... So I called to report the situation to corp, explained all this to them, they placed me on hold to call the Rosa parks location. CVS rep comes back on the phone and tells me that they remember who I was and that they remember who I was and that they denied my scripts because it was written in 2 different black ballpoint pens........2 DIFFERENT BLACK BALLPOINT PENS!?!?!?!?!? REALLY!?!?!? They flat out lied to their corp and gave some general excuse as to why they denied service, knowing good n well that what they did was wrong. If they can't be honest and truthful about simple stuff and provide good customer service, then it makes this particular pharmacy difficult to trust with meds. I'd also advise anyone that fill their meds here to be sure they're getting an accurate count.
