Good location to airport. Bad with health guidelines. People not wearing mask and this goes for staff and guests... There are signs but just noticing no one pays attention ...nOnly good thing is the food and bar area .. well spaced ... Only 2 people wearing mask were the bartender/waiter and the cook ... And they treat you great ... They are attentive with what you ask for...
Front desk service was greatly helpful and appreciated. TV should probably be more updated too bigger size. Food and drink were outstanding excellent. Shuttle van service could at least take moreover than airport. I asked could they take me too freightliner dealership the implementation no they could not do that. Otherwise other hotels are doing that. They don't take cash at front desk for checking in and out
Cool
We spent the night of November 30th. When we first checked in the desk clerk Marcus was so very nice. He seen i was having a hard time saying goodbye to family members and he did his best to make us comfortable. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We are having dinner in their restaurant. So far service has been friendly and excellent.
The hotel is very nice, with an exception (later) the staff is very nice, and it's nice to have a (small) restaurant in the hotel. We didn't eat there, because we couldn't figure out if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait for someone to seat us and there wasn't really anyone working in the almost full restaurant except the bartender.nThe rooms were clean, but the darkening curtains do not close. Our room faces the parking lot, which means it looks like 5 am all night long. Bring an eye mask. Unless you like sleeping in the middle of the day.nYou're also near the airport and interstate, which a lot of hotels are, which is wonderful for convenience, and to their credit it's pretty quiet.nThere's a fridge and coffee maker in the room and ice down the hall.
