Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Birmingham

My family and I stayed a few nights, both myself and my partner were pleasantly surprised by how nice, and accommodating the people at the front desk were. We dealt with several front desk employees but one really stuck out to me. Yolanda was incredibly sweet, so easy to talk to, and just overall a bubbly person. She makes sure to treat you like she would any family member and had there not been a pandemic, I would have given this woman a big hug.nnThe hotel in and of itself was very well maintained, the breakfasts are great, and the hotel is pretty central to a lot of other food options, hospitals, and a great little coffee shop. It also had a very nice gym for anyone needing to get in a small workout to keep up with their daily regimen. 10/10 will be staying here again.

I had a nice stay. I really didn't want to leave. Everything was Perfect.

My room was excellent and very comfortable. Cleanliness was a top priority for the hotel and was super nice with the the COVID these days. I normally wouldn't be traveling but I had to for my sons surgery. It was good knowing I had somewhere that takes the time and has pride in what they are doing! Thank you Hilton...

Me and my family booked this hotel and when I tell you it was deplorable. Went inside to check in and there was a customer checking in without a mask. After she left I asked the manager lewis do you enforce Covid Procedures he chuckled and said yes but you can't make them where them. I then asked could I get my money back he said no it's too late to cancel you will still be charged so I had no choice but to stay. Then on top of that he said your being charged $50 for incidentals. I said well it want on the site he said well I have nothing to do with that. Me nor my family didn't eat breakfast because some customers were not wearing masks. There was nothing I liked about the hotel. The manager kept apologizing saying they were short staffed and that they needed help. I would not recommend this place to anybody. $400 plus tax was not worth it. I still have yet to get my $50 back.

Beautiful facility with friendly staff! Perfect location and great amenities!
