Very impressed with this stay. It was a great place on the quite side of town. The rate from hotels.com had it at 80 a night. I loved the feel of an old historic hotel. The beds we prefect blend of soft but firm. The bathroom was a good size and the view from our room was superb! I will return here for my next stay in Birmingham.
Nice hotel! It is very charming and has an older feel to it. I think it’s also used as a venue for events. The hotel is in a great location right in downtown Birmingham with a lot of walkable historic sites and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and staff were attentive. Breakfast is included and valet parking is extra however there are other parking options available downtown.
Room was great, and the staff was amazing. From the front desk clerks to the Sweet Shop staff to the Housekeeping ladies to the Valet staff, everyone was so friendly and attentive. The only problem was the stairs not having access to the lobby, but luckily a very friendly staff member helped us out! 100% would stay again.
Very neat hotel in the middle of downtown. The room was very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on.nThe best part was the room's balcony. Three sets of double doors opened out onto a large balcony with a great view.nThe staff was very friendly. Fair warning...no onsite parking except for valet.
I posted earlier on how the workers needed trained and how the manager did not apologize but found reasons to defend her unkind and caring way. As all did. My last post EVERYTHING WAS 0 BUT MADE TO PUT 1. I gave room 5 stars because of it was great. No need for fixing there. Loved it. But they put my 5 stars for room only abl to get scores. Wrong to do that. I need a response and contact number with that please
