Staff was nice but the hotel is DIRTY!!! Do not stay here unless you just have to. Beds are comfy and coffee was good.

Body fluids on the couch... dirty nasty...complained to the desk clerk..heavyset younger guy... he said,”well, you already got the government rate, so the manager wont do anything”, then went on to say, “...they prob can try to clean it tomorrow...but I can’t promise it will come out”...I’m like.. No way I’m staying in this disgusting place.. it’s deceiving from the lobby... but I can tell you, room 321 is unacceptable...

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet. A bit disappointing though as we chose this more expensive hotel because the other reviews stated that they followed covid protocols. However, none of the three front desk agents we saw wore a mask behind the desk, and neither did the cleaning staff entering our room. They also did not ask customers standing at the desk to wear a mask. For over $100/night and the safety of everyone, please have your staff follow the signs that you have posted on your door about wearing a mask inside.

The room was nice size and hotel is in a good location. However, I would not stay here again. None of the hotel staff wear mask and they don't do periodic sanitizing. The hospitality ppl go in and out of rooms with no mask and they only change the 2 sheets on bed everything else is reused unless spoiled. With covid 19 being real, I would not recommend this place. Its not one on the exceptionally Clean hotels. The curtains had stains and the air vent is clog with lint and crumbs

I was here for 5 days for a class and this place is awesome. Great rates and very clean. Even during Covid I requested that my room be tidied up and each day came back to a clean room. I had a king suite and the refrigerator worked great and had plenty of room to work on the sofa. I would recommend this location and give it 10 stars if possible.
