Quality Inn

This wasn’t a bad place to stay for a night. The front desk lady was nice and checked us in fast and our room was clean enough. Water was hot and the bed was comfy. Not the best but not the worst. Average hotel room. No bugs.

Standard. Had to go buy bleach to sanitize the tub. It was clean but dingy. It was white after the cleaning.nnBed was more firm than I've been on. Staff was awesome!nnPS: Bring more pillows!

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The front desk clerk was very kind and that’s the most decent thing about this place. I understand that Covid health guidelines are different for every hotel and maybe they aren’t cleaning as thoroughly as normal, I also understand that this hotel rates well and does well due to race season and because it accommodates people paying with cash. The reason I stayed here is because it was the only hotel in the area that would allow me an early morning check in. However, the room has a really strange odor-like stale cigarettes and mildew, the shower curtain was dirty and the shower wall had mildew. The floor was dirty and wasn’t swept well at all. I brought a small dog that was picking up crumbs and trash all day. The sheets weren’t fresh, the vending machine options were laughable and overall I was incredibly disappointed! It’s sad enough that I had to abruptly leave me home due to an emergency, being tired, hungry and just wanting some sleep but I couldn’t even sleep here because I was too uncomfortable and I couldn’t afford to throw away $100. As a former employee of another Choice Hotel in the area it is mind blowing to see two polar opposites of service and cleanliness within the same hotel family. Do better.

The room was so beautiful and well put took and the water in the shower was the perfect temp and the bed felt so amazing I didn't want to leave when it was time for check out I will definitely be staying there again!!!!

Please for the love of everything holy, don’t stay here! I could give you so many reasons. Just ask to see a room first before paying and you’ll see why.
