Our room was nice and clean. Would have given 5 stars but we didn't have hot water. Life happens.nLooking forward to future stays here again.

Rooms are large, spacious, well appointed, and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I missed my pre Covid complimentary breakfast though!

Room had safety sticker on it to let me know it was sanitized by housekeeping. Room amenities were fully stocked, kitchen & bathroom totally cleaned, though it'd be wise to go over it all with your own cleaning supplies as a precaution during pandemic. Chris, the evening manager was very friendly and got me checked in fast, with no problems. Floors are thin, so if upstairs footfall bothers you, request the 5th floor.

They charged me in an enormous amount because they said I smoked in the room. I have never once smoked in a hotel that prohibits it. I always smoke outside do to children in the room. This is a racket by hilton to charge $450 extra dollard. I am appalled by they way they're handled this situation and won't be returning to lodge at their facility. There is no recourse to defend yourself against the allegations. They claim they photographed ashes but have not seen them. I've stayed at multiple Hilton but that is the last time I will. The amount they charged me on top of the stay was totally outrageous. I will be making it known what happened and making certain my story will be known across all social media outlets.The amount of money they charge is outrageous
