Honestly my stay would have been great had it not been for the rude front desk staff. With COVID restrictions on the pool I asked the staff what times were available for my children to swim and was met with the unprofessional and rude answer of “I don’t know all I can tell you is that there is no one in there right now”. There were two different employees that were rude and unprofessional working the front desk during my stay. I would ask a question and get a snooty why are you bothering me answer. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. Usually they staff is very accommodating and friendly.

We stayed for two nights,nVery clean, no bed bugs.nUsed 3000 points toward a king size room at a very reasonable rate,very spacious.nThe front desk staff were very polite. I would definitely go back very covid safe.

Nice rooms & nice customers service. My stay was work related but the employees was very polite & I would recommend this hotel for any type of stay.

Mr. Jeremy check checked us in and he was so nice and accommodating, even went out of his way to find just the right room for us!nThe room was acceptably clean and the housekeeping ladies were so very nice. They had a good hot breakfast here also, even breakfast potatoes. An extra special treat was the patio with the overhead lighting. The furniture was so comfortable and the lava rock fire pit would have been nicer if we could have gotten it to stay on. The bed was a little hard but we slept good anyway. The pillows were very fluffy. Water pressure was amazing, and linens for good as well. Thank you Caity for being so kind to bring the blanket up to our room!
