Jane took my payment at the front desk that included my 50$ deposit. I went to check out today and the man named Josh,said I don't get a deposit back even though I paid for my deposit. I was then informed I need to see Jane for my refund of my deposit. I called the reservation number and they said give us 48 hours to investigate. I just need my deposit given back or a 50$ credit. They need to honor their advertisements as far as refunding the deposit upon check out. I just ask that this company make this right. I work very hard and I need every dollar right now to survive in general. Get copies of your deposits.
I love this hotel. We try to get a room for a day or two a couple times a month. Just alone time with each other. I have tried a few hotels in the area and this one is by far the best.nVery respectful of our desire for privacy and the room is always clean well stocked and comfortable.
Safe clean rooms and near several good restaurants or places to get fast food

Heater made pop and cracking sounds an toilet stopped up their was loud music being played at times at 1pm in the morning before daylight annThe remote to tv didn't work but staffnWas very nice! An room had coffee and tea with cups provided an room was clean so I give em a 3 just cause we're fair like that sincerely ( krystal and cody).
