This was my first apartment when I was 18. Haven't lived there for 16 years but they was nice for what it was. Rent was priced great and the property manager always worked with us if we was going to be a few days late on rent. I was shocked when they have me security deposit back after breaking my lease because I enlisted in the military and left for basic training.
As you can see below, four years ago this was an amazing place to live. Now, I would almost rather live in a cardboard box. The other tenants and I are getting together to write reviews so no one else has to live like this. Dogs in the humane society live better than we live here.
I will take pictures of all of the neighbors that I talk to and post pictures of everyone's gross apartments because nothing is ever fixed and update this post. These apartments are the absolute worst of the worst.
This place is the absolute worst place to live in all of Anderson County. If you try to report a problem, you will be called a liar even with proof. My apartment is full of black mold because my ac floods my apartment floors, and the sinks don't work. I have to use a bucket to wash my dishes.
I rent from these apartments there nice and they got good maintenance and good location
