Ive known Mark Reed for 30 years. He worked hard and has two pharmacys of his own.. He treats all his customers like family and friend. He has alot of knowledge about medication. He has a wonderful staff and a son thats a pharmacist also. You will love being a customer at reeds. Trust me.

EXCELLENT pharmacy, staff is outgoing, friendly, and caring. Very quick to fill prescriptions, if they say 5 minutes they mean 5 minutes. I am greeted EVERY time I walk in usually by multiple staff and always with a smile. They go above and beyond working with doctors and insurance so customers don't have to worry.

They treat you like a person, are super helpful and friendly, answer any questions you might have, plus have a bunch of WVU stuff and other great items for sale. I wouldn't buy my meds anywhere else!

I'm new to the area, and live right in town. I had only used Reeds once which was a good experience. This time I had sent my sons scripts there from an urgent care just over an hour away at about 110pm. Reeds apparently closed at 2 on Saturdays which I wasnt aware of. I got there at 205 only to find them already closed. No big deal. i called the doctor to have the scripts switched to another pharmacy. That pharmacy calls me to tell me Reeds filled my 4 year olds script and did it through the insurance already so if I want the meds I will need to pay out of pocket. Well its Saturday and Reeds is now not open til Monday. I can only afford 2 of the 3 meds. CVS tells me to tell Reeds to reverse the other 2 scripts and I can get my money back. Reeds had full knowledge the scripts came from an hour away when they closed in an hour...they didnt bother to call me or the prescribing doctor which I feel would have been best practice. Then to top it off Monday we go to pick up the one medication I could not afford, and ask them to reverse the scripts. they insist we must take them because they already filled them. I now have wasted antibiotics and cant get my money back for meds I already paid for. It was seriously bad practice all around. they didnt apologize either. I will never go back.
