The upkeep is not what it should be. We rented it and had to replace 8 light bulbs because it looked like a cave. Only one restroom was working. The air conditioning was mediocre at best. It was in the low 80s outside and honestly felt better outside.nOn the positive side, it has a full kitchen to use, a rustic feel, and was clean upon arrival. There is plenty of parking and a circular drive in the front making it convenient for pickup/dropoff and loading/unloading.nAll in all, it wasn't bad and the price was reasonable.
If you need a place to host a birthday party or some kind of gathering this place is spacious. And has a kitchen and restrooms. The down side is there isn't much of a parking lot for the guest.
Great place for family get-togethers and not expensive to rent.
The number posted on google is my home number. Not to scottsville fish and game. I am trying to notify them and google that posted number is wrong.... Update Nov.2019.. Scottsville Fish n Game may use this # now for phone company gave me a new number. Just have to try and see I guess.
