Hampton Inn & Suites Artesia

During this pandemic it is very hard to trust where it is safe to stay and take your family. This was the first trip we did in 6 months and the service, cleanliness of the hotel was spectacular better than I could have imagined. Rooms are disinfected and sealed until your arrival I was very impress. Thank you Hampton Inn for making us feel more at ease staying with you.

Room and customer service is excellent. I would love to recommend a raise for Isela in reception. She is amazing. You can tell she loves her job. Great customer service and attended all needs. Will be coming back.

Paid full price with partial amenities. No breakfast bar. No pool. No microwave in room.(We did ask for one ,they brought it up to us the next day).Some staff were friendly. The location was good. Liked having Walmart 2 mins away. To be fair they did offer sack breakfast consisting of a granola bar, an apple ,an orange and a bottle water. Disappointed overall.

When I walked through the doors into the hotel it was as if I crossed the Berlin Wall into East Germany. After I already paid nearly 300 for two nights, they demanded I wear a dirty mask to enter. My safety is at the bottom of their list. No housekeeping, no breakfast, no anything, yet the full price is still there. The owners are loving all the savings from not working their employees while enjoying the same revenue.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, but the room was nice and comfortable.
