This facility is very well kept. The staff are very friendly, cordial, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has an atrium with skylights that is nicely decorated and furnished. it is perfect for dining or relaxing over a cup of coffee.
There is also a fitness center for guests who want to exercise. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to visit Carlsbad Cavers National Park.
BW Pecos was clean and neat. It's non smoking throughout but the smoking area was well lit and included seating and cover from the elements.
They had a hot breakfast option which was welcome since so many places on my road trip have had limited box breakfasts options, if any.
Large nice rooms with comfortable beds, good price, friendly helpful staff and exceptional breakfast. We appreciate appreciate them accommodating our livestock group!
What a lovely hotel this is. We stay at a lot of hotels due to work, and this one was great. Everything is updated and spotless. With this pandemic going on, breakfast is pretty much nonexistent in hotels. Not here. They have a restaurant that prepares it for you. Would stay again if in the area.
