Very nice , we loved the walk in shower the most , the bed was very comfortable nice nice place👍
Drove 14 hours to stay here for 1 week for work. Wouldn't let us see the room at all before reserving it. Said its against policy. Ive stayed at 100s of hotels/motels and have never experienced that before. If you do purchase the room there is a 100% no refund guarantee. Room must be trashed. I read all the negative comments on here about this place and still wanted to gove it a shot. Terrible
Its alright. The front desk refused to bring me towels. We had to go get them and Im not trying to be boujee or anything but I thought thats standard hotel etiquette. Take it or leave it.
It was pleasant , there was a issue with room 18 hot water though very little hot water in shower , hot water in sink just not shower goofed up Handel , over all good .
The good: the room is ample sized and appears to be clean. There were no bed bugs like other reviewers found.
The bad: the room smells like a hospital.
This motel charges an $18 dollar “cleaning fee” and so it looks less expensive online than it really is. Many motels in Carlsbad do not charge this fee.
