I decided that I needed to try bicycling to motivate me to exercise. I had a bike when I was a kid 50+ years ago and knew little about bikes. The staff (Nick) was friendly and attentive as all my questions were answered making me feel confident about my purchase. They went out of their way to help me get my new purchase delivered to my house the same day. The bike feels comfortable and sturdy. I would recommend their products and services to anyone. 10 Stars!!!!Kudos!!!!
Technicians are friendly and take the time to explain the repairs or replacement of bicycle parts. Honest and up front about cost details. Super easy drop off and pick up. They had my son's bicycle ready within three days. Fantastic service all around!
Bicycles Inc. has always been fair, professional, knowledgeable, and the service is outstanding. I've bought 4 bikes from them. Now that they're Southlake Trek, the soul is still the same. It says a lot when a change like that happens and the original crew stays. And they've got bikes to sell!
