They were awesome. I went in to trade in my bikes to upgrade to a new mountain bike. Ray told me I could do better on selling them on my own. I did what he told me and he was right. This makes it obvious these guys are not commission based and want to take care of their customers. They sold me a freaking awesome bike and was cheaper than their competitors. They will get 100% of my business every time. And a side note the coffee is on point too.

I'm a total bike nut, for the record. I brought in my gravel bike that hadn't been sounding normal (AKA quiet) since a race in March with instructions on replace whatever you need, reinstall bearings...whatever it cost - just make it right. Mike and the service guys not only fixed the issue in a day, but were completely honest in a very affordable solution and didn't try to uncharge me for anything I didn't actually need. That's not super common - no sales BS, just doing honest, rad work on bikes. I'll not only come back to Cadence for my service needs, but also support the shop by buying my gear through them in the future. Top class shop.

Uhhhh, yes! Cadence cyclery is the greatest, I'm pretty new to the mountain bike game and The guys that work there have been very patient,understanding and communicative during my growth as a rider. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mike and Aston are the excellent at their jobs and buying bikes from them has been a A# experience... Thanks yall..

Brought my 20+ year old mountain bike in last week for very loud squeaking. They suggested I get a performance tune and possibly a couple of parts. They said they couldn't get to it for a couple of days. I replied that I would be out of town for the weekend so no big deal. Got a text Monday right after I got back saying it was finished. Rides great and NO MORE SQUEAK! Affordable as well. Thanks guys for the good work and quick service!
