They were the first company to actually go onto the roof to actually see what damage we had. They worked directly with our insurance company adjuster and when issues arose with our claim, they handled it. The crew arrived on time and there was no damage done to our landscaping we had just had done..we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a new roof installed.. we’ve already received compliments on the new roof and we are very happy..

Waited almost two months for these guys to install a metal roof over deck addition before finally cancelling the job. Had to call and follow up numerous times to get the project to move forward. Each time I spoke with them on the phone they were as nice as can be. The issue was that they kept making commitments and not keeping them as to when they would come do the install and even the initial measure. Now I understand things happen, but I just wish that they would have been upfront and honest about their ability to do the job and the timeline from the beginning.

This is a horrible company. We gave them a deposit on June 2. They have yet to this day started work. Just keep saying they are waiting on paperwork. Doesn't respond to texts or calls. Got our deposit back. We were counting on them to help us out. Most likely calling the BBB. Horrible customer service

Although I did not end up using AHT (insurance denied claim and that a diff story), every individual I worked with was profession and courteous. AHT replaces two of my neighbors roofs and did a great job on both.

Great experience. They identified the damage from a recent windstorm and worked with my insurance co. to process my claim. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job putting on the new roof and cleaning up. Highly recommended.
