I needed my roof replaced quickly from storm damage, so I called Tim based off the great reviews I read on Google. He was very responsive and professional. They came out the very next day and replaced my roof in one day. It turned out great! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for roof repairs or a replacement.

This review is long overdue. I work in insurance so I know how difficult it can be to get a roofer to even show up. These guys showed up same day. The estimate I was promised from a National chain was 2 weeks overdue and although my roof had been tarped, I was nervous about another rain. April 2020 was rough.nnTim had very reasonable prices. My shingles were upgraded to 3D architectural. His team had a “if we see something, we say something” mentality. I had to have 10 ply boards replaced due to water damage that weren’t originally observed by the other company and wouldn’t have been covered by insurance (wear and tear never is). They just replaced them without extra charge.nnMy roof is beautiful! It is sturdy. I had color options. I saved so much that I had his guys replace my eves, gutter system, and update all my exterior door frames.nnThe workers were professional. They were in and out in one day and cleaned up after themselves. My neighbors were impressed with how quickly the job was completed and used them to replace their roof too.nnI have recommended them already & will continue for anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.

I had NKY roofing come to my house for a second opinion based on another roofing company recommending a complete replacement. NKY Roofing was able to come out very quickly (same day) and told me that a more simple repair could be done to solve my problem (leaking). I ended spending ~$200 for the repair versus ~$5000 for a complete roof replacement! They were very professional and clearly communicated what they thought the problem was and what the fix would be. Waiting for the next heavy rain to come to make sure everything was fixed, but as of now I was very impressed with the work. Work was guaranteed for 1 year so felt very comfortable with their solution.

My Pastor recommended Timothy’s crew as we are new to the area and within 48 hours of contacting them they had 2 gentlemen out to our house with an estimate. They ended up leaving to get the material and coming back that same day to fix our issue. Extremely grateful to them for doing such a great job on our metal roof and for being so professional and quick. If you live in northern KY these are the guys for the job! They will not disappoint.

Tim and his team were excellent to work with! I quoted a number of different companies prior to having my roof and some siding replaced. Tim left me feeling like he was genuinely looking out for my best interest. The crew was very hard working and also cleaned up after the job was complete. You could tell that it was very important to Tim that the job was done right as he checked in a couple of times. I highly recommend Northern Kentucky Roofing, I will be using them for all of my future roofing/siding/window needs!
