Lived here for awhile now and have to say they do their jobs for sure but hanna is absolutely amazing she will do anything within her ability to help you!!! Amazing woman... Shawn has also helped us tremendously and is an all around good man I would probably go toe to toe with someone over half of the staff here.... great place!!
Refunded my stay. The rooms were clean but the hallways were dark. Theres guests walking around everywhere without masks on. Standing and eating in the hallways. The atmosphere did not make me feel safe. But for $70 a night if you want to rough it atleast the beds and rooms are clean.
Everything was neat and clean and tidy everything was in order I have no problems I'd go back
The room was virtually spotless. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We have a family member in the hospital and it is convenient to walk to from the hotel. It is a pet friendly building but I didn't have any problems and enjoyed getting to pet a few pups. The breakfast was perfect and quick. I would definitely stay again.
I give a 5 star due to the fantastic and friendly staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the maintenence men. Also, you can't beat the location. Many restaurants and shopping centers. You're only 15 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. The decor, breakfast etc. is lacking but that's what you would expect at that price point anyways. The hotel was very quiet other than hearing road noise. Would recommend this location for a long or short stay. Great price point.
