Room was okay but the manager from the bistro wasn’t wearing a mask any of the times I saw her even though there were signs everywhere stating policy on masks and social distancing. I won’t be staying again if the company does not hold their employees to the state health standard. She was very sweet but she obviously does not care about anyone else’s health.
I had over 25 gallons siphoned out of my vehicle and was met with a laughing response from the hotel desk lady that morning. After realizing the issue, I went back inside to explain to the lady behind the desk the issue and she found it funny. She started to laugh and said she could not believe it actually happened because she had never heard of it! My issue, a very serious issue, was met with a laugh and her elaborating how she was not laughing at me but the situation.nnNeedless to say, the customer service standards were not the normal Marriott Standards this particular morning. The frustration and disappointment of going to a staff member, presenting a situation and being met with a comical reaction is something I hope no one has to experience.
The lobby is beautiful. The rooms were very nice and very comfy! Staff was super helpful and friendly!
Super friendly staff and extremely comfortable! Loved all the extra touches to be safe for COVID-19 as well.
Another dependable entry from Marriott Courtyard. Just note that a bit tricky to find once you exited the highway. Know where you are going in advance to save a few minutes.
