I will give 5 stars....I was greeted upon arrival by Bridget who was absolutely the most helpful person very professional and very respectful. My reservation was incorrect which she caught immediately and corrected it and informed me on which company I need to contact to get it corrected on their end. Bridget then scheduled my shuttle back to the airport for 430 am...then 430 am comes around and Bridget was even my shuttle driver. After my short ride I felt the need to share this review and tell anyone who stays at Microtel if you need anything just go up to the desk on 2nd shift I believe and ask for Bridget, she should be at the desk. Besides all of that my room was clean and the place was quiet. I had a great night and will be back. I recommend highly to anyone traveling business or pleasure to stay here. I will be!!!
I stayed in this place before many times, it was clean, quiet and cozy.nFor the last couple of months it went crazy, dirty rooms , bed linings, with one time has to change the room coz of bugs. There’s maintenance work and noise every day.nThe prince is almost the same, no change, but the service is no longer satisfying.
Do not stay here. Keep your money. The prices are cheap for a reason. Not a very clean place. Black stains all over the floor. There was a refrigerator beside the ice and soda machine.nFloor not vaccumed. Someone was running constantly above me on 3rd floor and I had non smoking room and smelled smoke in hallways and my room.
I guess I have to give one star. I usually dont complain but. I have stayed here many times but I guess the new red head wasn't aware of that and when I told her I would be speaking to her manager I asked her name and she replied Brigit...um no your not Brigit because we wouldn't have these problems of you were. I have tried contacting her boss and cant get thru. Needless to say Brigit is awesome and where is she at? This girl has no clue what is going or how to even do this job. Hopefully she us just filling in for someone.
5 Microtel Inn & Suites gave me the Phil as if they were I was a part of their family they were very helpful they extended their help behind their own employment job status I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone that I know I really really really am grateful and very very thankful they get six stars
