Front desk staff was exceptional, gave me some tips for places to live for my relocation, pleasant to speak to and welcoming. Every effort is being made to establish a clean and safe stay for guests. Worth the little extra.
This is by far one of the best hotel stays we have had in some time! The location is central to many stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Love having a kitchenette with a large refrigerator! The pool and exercise rooms looked nice though we didn't use them. Due to covid, breakfast is grab and go. Wasn't an issue because we were told before arrival and I brought pre-made breakfast to heat in my room. Another nice feature is the window has completely sealed blackout curtains. Make sure to set an alarm or you will sleep a long time thinking it is dark out! Staff was always courteous! Definitely recommend!
The entire staff is very accommodating and go out of their way. In particular Aimee, who clearly is passionate about what she does at this hotel. She was exceptional! Great job!
The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was extremely nice. It was in a good location and the price was really good. I would recommend it 100%
We had a reservation at a nearby hotel. After looking inside the rooms, we refused to stay there. This hotel was pricey, but when we walked into the room it was so clean. Everything was sealed and we knew things were clean. We actually slept very well. It was a hundred times better than the place we were suppose to stay at. I did not have to worry about bad odors or bugs like the place we stayed at the night before. I would recommend this hotel. I am surprised it is only a 3 star hotel.nBreakfast was fine. The pool looked nice but we did not get the opportunity to use it. We booked 2 rooms at the last minute and were not disappointed.
