I have stay at this hotel about eight times this year and they were always friendly however this last stay both the night and morning front desk person treated me poorly . The woman at night kind of got better as we went but the morning person didn’t even greet me properly no good morning nothing . She just stared at me while I held the key and was rude . Shame on them I worked for Hotels for many years and I know poor customer service when I see it. It ruined my whole stay and this is my hotel of preference when I travel to see my family .

Very friendly staff, from the management to housekeeping. They took very good care of us during our stay. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the upkeep of the room, specifically the whirlpool tub. The motor was very noisy - hard to relax in, and the bathroom side panel was loose.
The staff is very friendly, the breakfast they are serving due to covid is good. Would have enjoyed a banana but they did have apples!nYou could smell cleanness when you walked in and our room was clean too. We always travel with lysol and wipes too. You never know these days. We will surely stay here again!
Much better hotel. Clean and just all around better room. Atmosphere was great! I would go back to this one, but not in Macon.
