Got Covid 19 vaccinated through work from Lynn's. The staff from Lynn's couldn't have been more amazing and gentle. They made the experience fast, efficient, and easy. Thanks for all your hard work guys!!
We have always had excellent service at Lynn’s Hewitt until last few months. We live out of town but chose to stay with Lynn’s because of their great service. We have had nothing but trouble in the last three months. The staff has been unexpectedly rude and today I was trying to tell the window girl how they continue to get my RX’S messed up and they should be for 90 Days not 30. We had the same problem over and over again. They admitted that they had my one RX for 90 days but only gave it 30 days. My second one was sent by my doctor for 90 days since December 2020 and they told me that dr nurse spoke with them today. I’m not sure what is going on but the girl that spoke with me interrupted me rudely and said let her speak, so I stopped and l her talk and then I thought you are the one that messed it up last time! Do I have to repeat this AGAIN and you were rude and not like Lynn’s has been represented so maybe you should not shut me up but you shut up and LISTENnAGAIN
Small pharmacy means personalized service. We love the staff and find them to be professional, personal and friendly.
Pretty good service and the delivery option is a plus. The old lady who does deliveries can be a little rude though at times. Had one occasion where they had someone else’s credit card on my file and charged them for my prescription on accident.
They are not 1/3 as courteous or fast or efficient or competent as Lynn's La Vega Pharmacy. That pharmacy is amazing and I am in awe every time I see their smooth - running operation there!!!nLynn's Hewitt : Omgosh- No !!!! :(
