A beautiful home! White House Inn is a clean and cozy stay that provides all the things you need to have a comfortable (or adventurous!) trip in Homer. The hosts are quick to respond, very helpful, and very kind. The views are wonderful; a few steps out your door and there’s an adirondack chair or a jacuzzi welcoming you to sit and stare at the mountains across the way (the bald eagles are also admiring the views, but from the top of the pine tree to the left).
Really clean, well equipped.nI looked at a LOT of places to potentially stay, but chose here because it's modern, and much larger than many places I compared it too.nWe stayed in the Halibut Room. There is a FULL kitchen and full living room AND two bedrooms, which was perfect for our grown family of five adults.nThe front lawn is peaceful and the view seems to pull you out to the adirondack chairs at the edge. Great place to take in the endless view, as well as keep an eye on the two eagles in the tree next door.nLarry was a great host and made sure we had an excellent stay.nOne of the better places you could choose for an Alaska visit.
