My bike is absolutely fantastic! It was shipped to in store so fast for me to pick up and only took me about 5 minutes to walk in and get it in the back of my trunk and be on my way! I think I waited like 3 days from when I ordered and when it arrived at the store for me. That's crazy fast for especially for being on COVID time. Another bike store quoted me 4 weeks of waiting time. The staff is awesome too, super knowledgable!!! I bought an awesome wire basket with my bike and love it. Super sturdy for my groceries. Thank you guys! I will definitely come back.

Arty was the kindest guy ever! I desperately need my chain oiled after riding 20 miles. I only had cash and they can't accept it right now. He went on the sidewalk and oiled my chain! ud83dude0a Best customer service ever and I found my new neighborhood bike shop! Thanks so much, Arty! ☺ufe0fnJune

I just had to stop by for a quick tube purchase but the customer service was great. The mechanic helped me with a few new ideas on my bike I was pondering. Plus they have an interesting neighborhood challenge supporting other local businesses. This is definitely my bike shop going forward.

Took my bike to another shop closer to my house for repair. Took 4+ weeks and actually made things worse. Got in touch with Cykl and my bike was done in a couple days. Austin took time to listen to what wasn't right with my bike, asked good questions, and then did a super job on the repair. You can tell he takes pride in doing thorough and quality work. Everyone on the Cykl team I interacted with was top notch!
