Horrible customer service from the Pharmacist here! I will be traveling further out even though this one is closer. I called about getting a respirator machine for my asthma from customer service to have my boyfriend pick it up. Only for the pharmacist to give him an attitude and a hard time for no reason due to misinformation from her own employees. Not only that, but she never apologized. We just needed help and all she gave us was an attitude and poor customer service. Don’t use this pharmacy if you good customer service, punctuality, and your health matters to you.
Great customer service!! I could not find an item and the cashier took time to walk with me to find the item. When we saw the item wasn't on the shelf, they took time to search the back and found it. I will definitely return!
Pharmacy was very helpful.. insurance did not cover my prescription and she help me looked for coupon and saved me half of the price!!! Very happy to have them in la Porte!!!
