Very satisfied with their work. All of the staff from the contact person to the crew were very polite and answered all my questions. Had new shingles on my roof in two days. Very efficient. Would recommend.
From the first meeting with Robert I knew we would be dealing with pros. Our meeting started with the review of what we needed to a quote while still on site. Amazing. Very detailed and responsive. Each day the crew was early and ready to go. Worked as a great team safely and efficiently. Very polite and respectful. Poor customer service. We had scheduled for Mark to meet me at our rental house. I made a special trip to town to meet him. He never showed up and never let me know he wasn’t coming. Even called his office to see if he was coming but just got voice mail. If this is the service they provide for a quote I’d hate to see what they do once they’ve got your money.
The crew did a great shop of shingling our barn. Very professional and made sure the area was clean before they left. Will definitely use again and will and have recommended to others. I'm also in the insurance business and have recommended A1 to customers. Thanks to all involved, GREAT JOB!
The best review I can give this company is a 5 STAR RATING!!! They return phone calls, they were on time every day, they worked as a team, they know what they are doing, 5 to 6 nails per shingle and straight too. Our new roof looks great. They cleaned up as a team and made sure the entire area around my home was free of trash and NAILS TOO. Great people to deal with at a fair price. Thanks again!!
