I would only recommend this location if it was a last resort. No longer have anyone on site, must call to Milwaukee in order to get anything done. However the only saving grace is when it is an emergency they jump fast to get it fixed!
The place needs a lot of work but the owners are very kind, generous, and all around good people
Very poorly maintained roads. Tenants are cool.
Two many trees cut some down
Don't judge a book by it's cover! Even the most dinged up trailer is nicer on the inside than most appartments and even half the rental houses in the area. Rent is cheap and the community is quiet and safe feeling with plenty of family and kids present. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit and would definitely recommend looking here if you are in the market for a place to live
