I have ordered oils for many years and found the customer service very helpful. No, it's not fast-forward like calling Amazon. Last month, Meg, the owner, spent extra time informing me how to make and combine a certain oil. I found her very generous.
Terrible customer service and they were not helpful at all. I communicated with someone at the company via email and they basically turned my service away. Was not willing to help me get better acquainted with their products or services. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to my family and friends. I was initially extremely excited about purchasing a large order but was responded to with rudeness and belittlement. Don't waste your time! ( A star had to be checked to proceed. If I could give 0 Stars I would have).
Meg is so helpful and really wants to educate her clients. I trust the sources of the oils. Every oil on the website has information on the source, function, physiological effect, etc.
