We just moved here last month from TX. The office and most especially Theresa, have been very helpful and accommodating. I really like how it's close to stores, yet still sort of on the outskirts of town. It's close to Nepco Lake Park too.

Lived here for 5 years now .. The Maples Mobile Home Community keeps improving and has a Manager now / Theresa / that is getting things done.nWe have all ages residing here in the community. We are close to stores, within walking distance. Wal-Mart , Kwiktrip.nnI have noticed on some of the reviews , MANY people are getting The Maples Motel mixed up with The Maples Mobile Home Community... thus they are reviewing and commenting on the WRONG property.....

The mobile home park looked very well maintained and the one trailer I was in was very well taken care of. The prices are reasonable as well so if you are looking for a trailer, this would be a good place to look.

Management was HORRIBLE and disrespectful as ever!!!! And i needed a room at 3am and no one would answer the phone nor come to the office he deliberately judged by appearance's with his Racist ill mannered nature i wouldn't of stayed there if i had another choice
