Good for the price, its by far not a 5 star hotel but if you dont expect amazing things for cheap you will be satisfied with their service and rooms.
Horrible customer service, every part of this was tedious and unpleasant. I had a 'non-smoking' room that smelled smokier than a Vegas casino. They took a 50 dollar deposit from me on my card that they refused to give me back the next day. I have called and emailed them and 2 weeks later they still have not returned deposit. This was an absolutely abysmal experience and the owners seem to be greatly incompotent when it comes to hotel management. This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. Never stay at this disgusting trash-hole.
If I could give them a zero I would for one I booked a room on booking.com and when I arrived the manager at Rapids and tells me there is no rooms available even after it was on booking.com one available room which I paid for and booked and they gave me a very hard time about it I had to call booking.com and they had to call Rapids in and they still were going to refuse my stay then the manager had a very bad attitude and the room was disgusting not clean at all I will never be staying at this Motel again oh no

This place was fine until our keys kept failing to open our doors. The room isn't super clean, the fridge was unplugged and open, the bathroom sink was disgusting. Then when we met one of our neighbors and when she saw our room number, she told us the front desk guy gave them our room and they walked in and saw our stuff. When I brought it up to the guy, he lied through his teeth. Then proceeded to as me if I would want to work here. No thanks. He even said they don't do a lot of heavy cleaning. Disgusting. The only reason we stayed was it was cheaper than the other hotel we wanted.
