Friendly employees. Good breakfast set up for Covid period and precautions taken in general. Nice pool, but were disappointed with the main hot tub as it was just a hot tub and not a bubbling jacuzzi. Some wear in the rooms, loose toilet seat, door handle, light bulb burned out, that kind of thing. Nothing serious. Would have filled out a survey card but saw none. But we thought the beds were VERY comfortable and didn't think it was pricey.
Stayed one night. The breakfast, however, Due to covid, the continental breakfast was blah. So ,its a bit pricey just for whats available. Would have liked to have the hot breakfast, but understandable. The room had a slight order,but cleaned. The pool was good,and hot tub was nice as well. Staff was friendly. Overall, i would come back.
10 families come back to Wis Rapids annually for family re-union...this year we chose Cobblestone. found an additional room damage charge on the credit card after checkout claiming pet damage -- 2 issues - anyone who knows pets - they know a pug could not physically do the damage the mgr claimed -- and two -- charge was made without any communication from the hotel - very underhanded and unprofessional. Go somewhere else where that has an ethical manager - our families are going elsewhere in the future

Got the king whirlpool studio suite. Absolutely worth it, very comfortable bed and having the bed in a separate room was nice for a us as one of us likes to be up earlier than the other. Whirlpool tub is in the same room as the bed. Nice living area with pull out couch so technically could be used as a 2nd bedroom. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a pool and hot tub that closes at 10pm except for people over 18. It was nice to have 2 hours to use the pool/hot tub without kids running around and splashing etc. If we are ever back in Wisconsin Rapids we will be staying here again!
